Kelly Marie Martin

I am an artist and musician living in Los Angeles. My output and activities are informed by resistance, resilience, meditation, and mourning. My work is interdisciplinary with roots in photography, now deeply intertwined with sound and music, using analog and digital tools, oral tradition and personal poetics. I stand by the power of the elegiac. I insist in grounding all of the threads of what I do in connection to the people I love, the thinkers and makers who came before me, my ancestors, and those who will come after.
