Bonnie Ferrill Roman

Since 1995, Ms. Ferrill Roman has been creating sculptures and installation works using her formed and cast handmade paper combined with branch or wire armatures, fiber arts, mixed media, natural objects, light, encaustic, and transfers of original photographs. Her works exhibit a contemporary aesthetic, informed by her investigations into micro/macrocosms and human/nature congruencies, and communicate metaphorically about intensely personal experiences while creating an experience of ethereal beauty for the observer. She organized and participated in an independent photo of women artists in Denver, CO in 2017.
