As someone who consciously works with found materials and repurposes items to create my art, it’s hard to walk down the street without seeing potential. A funky battered trash can, can promote crazy ideas in my head of a series devoted to containers. Or getting excited over an empty toilet paper roll or shipping tube and imagining all the possibilities. What I absolutely love is the message each piece sends to viewers. Art can be created without impacting the planet. In fact, Art can help reduce our carbon footprint.
