Hikaru Haneda

I born in Tokyo, Japan. In 2011, due to the massive earthquake, I moved to California, United States. I’m a multi-media artist, mainly works with video, sculpture, and installation. My work explores the sense of disconnection happening in consciousness and memory. Often the structure of the sculpture or the subject presents itself as an empty shell, which the audience will witness of its becoming.
