Priyanka Kumar

I am a visual storyteller, printmaker and muralist from India. I am currently based in Baltimore, Maryland as a Fellow at the Bromo Seltzer Arts tower, where I have a studio. I also teach undergrad illustration at the Maryland Institute College of Art. Current projects include a children’s book on the taking down of colonizer statues around the world, editorial commissions, and a series of sequential monotypes. My most recent publication is a short comic in the graphic anthology “Bystander: Stories, Witnessings and Observations from South Asia” (Kadak Collective, 2020).
