I’m interested in sites of resistance, resilience, and beauty, and the possibilities for abstraction to both express and communicate. Moving across painting, sculpture, and installation, my work explores Social Abstraction, visual poetics, and a continual experimentation with materials and processes. My creative perspective is informed by the Black diaspora, societal complexities, and personal memory.
