Tracy Lambros

My work grows out of a lifelong passion for natural spaces. The physical and psychological energy of a place, and the impact that energy has on the human spirit, mind, and body, has always fascinated me. My paintings are evocations of land, sea, and sky- a response to nature filtered through memory and time, guided by an improvisational creative process. I am intrigued by capturing the dynamic interaction of the imagination, the sensual experience of painting, and the challenges that arise from a creative journey without a pre-determined outcome.
