Jennifer Wolf

Jennifer Wolf utilizes a combination of hand ground natural pigments, natural dyes, historical techniques and modern painting mediums to foreground the idea of color as subject. In Wolf’s signature pour paintings, she keenly controls her handmade paints, isolating areas of lacy, textural pattern that overlap spaces of vivid natural color. Jennifer Wolf received her BA in Art History from UCLA and her MFA from OtIs College of Art and Design. She lives and works in Ventura, California.
