As a visual artist for more than 50 years, my work naturally follows my interests and environment. For many years, my paintings and works on paper concentrated on nature close-ups. As my life changed, my subject matter changed. I now concentrate on protest demonstrations, urban views, and musicians (drawn in-situ), Based on drawing, my work aims to capture the mood and energy of the content through line, color and gesture, encouraging the viewer to share my experience.
