Connie Rohman

I am a Teaching Artist at LACMA, the Craft Contemporary Museum. My artwork has been exhibited extensively in the US and in Europe. Several of my artworks are on permanent display at the LA Children’s Hospital and at the Northwestern Hospital in Chicago. I have had solo shows at several museums & art galleries. After studying linguistics in college, I taught English as a Second Language in Quebec, BC, and Malaysia. After living in Malaysia, I worked as a community organizer in Philadelphia. In the mid-1980s, I worked in TV production in LA, ending as a producer for the American Film Institute before leaving to pursue my art career.
