Christine Sullivan

Christine Sullivan, an interdisciplinary, conceptual artist, engages viewers to challenge established paradigms and offer fresh perspectives. In her latest explorations, Sullivan pushes the boundaries of felt and seeks a more visceral mode of communication (as opposed to her earlier text works) harnessing the material’s sensuality and presence to convey meaning in a purely corporeal way. After a long career as a graphic designer in New York City, working with the Guggenheim Museum and other arts-related clients, Sullivan now lives in Lamy, New Mexico and dedicates herself to her art practice.
