Jemima Wyman

Jemima Wyman’s practice focuses on visual resistance used in global protest. Recent solo exhibitions have been held at Commonwealth and Council, Sullivan + Strumpf and a 30-year survey at Queensland University of Technology Art Museum. The artist was awarded the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs Master Artist Grant. Wyman’s work was recently reviewed in Artforum and is held in collections, including the Whitney Museum of Contemporary Art New York, Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney, National Gallery of Australia and the 21st CenturyMuseum of Art, Japan.
