I am a multidisciplinary artist and educator with over 20 years of teaching experience. My socially engaged practice blends storytelling, science, and community building, with a current focus on ceramics and instant photography. I’m an active member of professional arts organizations and exhibit work nationally. I hold a BA in Art from Colorado College and an MFA in Fine Arts from Claremont Graduate University. Before returning to academia, I was a visual designer and creative director for Fortune 500 companies, public institutions, and nonprofit organizations.
